DonorConnect provides several ways in which family members can honor the Gift of Life provided by their loved one. Donor families have the opportunity to have their loved one's name etched on the glass wall of our Celebration of Life Monument.

HEART to HEART

Many donor families and transplant recipients find comfort in correspondence. All correspondence is initially facilitated through DonorConnect and transplant center social workers.
