Corporate Compliance

At DonorConnect, integrity guides everything we do. Our Corporate Compliance Program reflects our commitment to the highest ethical standards in every aspect of our work, from how we support donor families to how we partner with hospitals and transplant centers.

The program is built around clear guidelines designed to prevent violations of the law and uphold ethical conduct across our organization, which apply to every employee, officer, representative, and agent of DonorConnect.

At the heart of this program is our Code of Conduct, which addresses:

tax-exempt status
fraud and abuse
lobbying and political activity
environmental responsibilities
discrimination
business ethics
confidentiality
media relations
conflicts of interest
protection of assets
standards for recovery surgeons
appropriate business relationships
To report suspected violations or ask questions regarding conduct that might violate the law or the Corporate Compliance Program, please contact via phone.

Patient Safety

DonorConnect has launched a dedicated hotline for reporting concerns about donor or patient safety. The hotline is open to everyone, including hospital partners, transplant centers, donor family members, and DonorConnect staff, and all reports may be made anonymously.

Like our corporate compliance hotline, the donor and patient safety hotline is operated by an independent third-party vendor, with calls answered by live representatives around the clock. While anonymous reports are always welcome, callers who choose to share contact information make it easier for us to conduct prompt, thorough investigations and follow up as needed.
