DonorConnect is committed to working with funeral directors and staff to ensure families have a positive donation experience and funeral experience for their loved ones. DonorConnect staff will work closely with funeral professionals to facilitate the care of donors and their families while anticipating any difficulties that may arise due to the donation process. We will work collaboratively to address any possible challenges. By facilitating open communication with funeral directors and staff about the importance of donation and the details of the donation process, we hope to continuously improve and strengthen the relationship between donor families, funeral directors, and DonorConnect.
